Frequently Asked Questions

Have any Question?

We support young people aged 16 and above, recent migrants and refugees, and individuals at risk of involvement in crime or antisocial behaviour. Our services are particularly focused on those from disadvantaged or underrepresented backgrounds who require support with employment, integration, personal development, and positive life progression.

We provide practical employment support including CV writing, job application assistance, interview preparation, digital job search training, employer engagement, and workplace skills development. Our goal is to equip individuals with the confidence, knowledge, and skills required to secure and maintain lawful employment.

Through mentoring, one-to-one coaching, accountability sessions, and structured intervention programmes, we support individuals to transition away from gang involvement, knife crime, drug-related activity, and antisocial behaviour. Early intervention promotes positive behaviour change and increases engagement in education, training, and employment.

We deliver integration workshops covering UK laws, cultural awareness, access to healthcare and housing, English conversation support, and education around legal responsibilities. This helps individuals integrate successfully, understand community expectations, and reduce the risk of social exclusion or offending.

Yes. We collaborate with councils, schools, housing teams, probation services, charities, and other community partners. Where appropriate, we refer individuals to specialist services such as mental health support, housing assistance, addiction recovery, and education providers to ensure coordinated and effective support.
